Non-Voice Technical Support Representative - 27K Salary Package

Requirements:

• Graduate/Undergraduate of any course, preferably in I.T

• At least 1 year or more of technical support experience

• Relevant technical experience is non-negotiable, IT/Tech experience is not limited to the BPO industry

• Average to good English communication skills

• No IT certifications needed

• Must actively use the outlook mobile app

• Email/chat support with minimal voice component

• Knowledgeable on operating system of phones and devices (at least basic knowledge/fundamentals)

• Knowledgeable of IE technologies (cookies, cache, IE options)

• High level knowledge of email (outlook Hotmail, yahoo, gmail and AOL)

• Preferably with chat/email support experience

• Amendable to work in Pasay area on 24/7 rotating shifts

Salary Package: 27,000
